I don't ever know what to say about classics like this.
I really enjoyed it.
Reading this makes me want to watch the film adaptations.

I also read this recently (does 9 months ago count as recent?), and I love it now as much as I loved it when I read it in High school. I can't remember if I've seen the older movie version, but the new one with Gary Sinise is very good, very sad, and very accurate. But I have one complaint (about the old movie poster): WHY do they always blame it on the girl?
